Exchange, Refund and Returns Policy
Budz Jewel is committed to offering quality products, always valuing the satisfaction of our customers. However, if you wish to exchange, return or request a refund for a product purchased on our website, it is important that you are aware of our policies.
1. Product exchange
If you receive a product that is defective or different from what was ordered, please contact our customer service team via email [email protected] or Whatsapp, within 7 (seven) calendar days after receiving the product , so that we can arrange the exchange. The product must be returned in the original packaging, with all accompanying accessories and packaging. The shipping cost of returning the product will be borne by the customer. After analyzing the product, we will contact you to inform you of the delivery time for the new product.
2. Return of products
If you are not satisfied with the product purchased on our website, you can request a return within 7 (seven) calendar days after receiving the product, in accordance with article 49 of the Consumer Protection Code. To request a return, contact our customer service team via email [email protected] or Whatsapp. The product must be returned in the original packaging, with all accompanying accessories and packaging. The shipping cost of returning the product will be borne by the customer. Upon receipt and analysis of the product, we will refund the amount paid for the product, including shipping, if applicable, within 10 (ten) business days.
3. Refund of amounts
In case of return or cancellation of the order, the refund will be made according to the payment method used at the time of purchase. If payment was made by credit card, the refund will be made in up to 2 (two) invoices subsequent to the date of the cancellation or return request. For payments made by bank slip, the amount will be deposited into the bank account indicated by the customer through contact with our customer service, within 10 (ten) business days.
4. Final considerations
We remind you that all exchange, return or refund requests will be analyzed by our customer service team, who will check whether the product meets the conditions described in this policy. If the product does not meet the conditions described, we will not accept requests for an exchange, return or refund.
